Return Policy
Direct exchanges are not allowed. All exchanges and returns require a Return Authorization. Return authorizations expire within 15 days of issuance (25 days of issuance for international orders). Upon receiving the returned item your credit card will be refunded.

There is no return for certain custom items. Clothing items that have been washed or worn cannot be returned. Products that have been purchased at another establishment must be returned at the point of purchase. Return postage is at the expense of the purchaser unless the merchandise is damaged or there was an error made by Bully's Surf. We will credit your account for freight costs at the amount equal to the cost that Bully's Surf incurred in shipping your merchandise to you. For proper credit for freight, your return shipment method must be approved in advanced by Bully's Surf. Your are responsible for damage or loss incurred during return shipping so use a traceable shipping method and insure shipment for loss or damage.

Instruction for Merchandise Returns:

1. Get a return authorization number(within 30 days of the original ship date). Email or call us to get your authorization number.
2. Merchandise must be in its original package , undamaged, and able to be sold as new.
3. Return freight is at your expense. You are responsible for any shipping damages and loss that may occur. Make sure that you insure your shipment and that you use a traceable shipping method such as UPS ground, Parcel Post or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.

If the above Return Policy is not followed Bully's Surf reserves the right to return merchandise at the expense of purchaser. All returned merchandise must be in its original package and unused. Merchandise returned damaged or used will not be accepted and will be returned at the customers expense.
